Exchanged products will be delivered within 5 working days after approval.
At soulfulfashion, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
Return & Refund Policy
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, you received the wrong item, or the product has manufacturing defects.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be credited within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
No Refunds On
- Used, washed, or damaged products.
- Size issues due to incorrect selection by the customer. Please check our size chart before ordering.
